Returns (CH)

As a matter of principle Mavericks LLC grant you a right to return your delivery within 5 workdays after you a have recieved the goods, but only in cases of faults, defects and in cases that an ordered size does not fit. Mention that defects and faults must be originated under the influence of a third party (see our terms and conditions). The handling with an exchange can take some days in claim, because we take our right to inspect an article on behalf to locate the described fault.
It is not allowed to take returns into consideration when a product does not please your imaginations or in likewise cases. As we offer you one or even more pictures to each product of our assortment, we hold that you should have enough possibilities to make you a good image of the ordered article.
Returns within Switzerland take place with a by you sufficiently stamped sending. Please have a look on the case that your articles are returned in the original packing or at least in the packing that has been used by Mavericks LLC.

Important: do not miss to complete the letter of complaint, otherwise we are not willing to accept the return.
