International returns

For the deliveries outside of Switzerland you carry the shipping costs. An exception is appropriated in cases of obviously faulty deliveries from Mavericks LLC or demonstrable defect articles. In those cases it is self-evident that Mavericks LLC will emerge for all costs. Have a look on the issue that your return is post-paid sufficiently, because if not it is not possible for us to process the return.
As a matter of principle the same condition have validity as in Switzerland. If there are any obscurities, please watch our terms and conditions.

Important: Do not miss to complete the letter of complaint, otherwise we are not willing to accept the return.
