Principles of returning goods

The principles regarding returns are based on the rules of terms and conditions of Mavericks LLC and are therefore material to all issues of returns.

Please take into consideration that any returns will basically never be compensated by a monetary payment (Exemptions see our see our terms and conditions). Instead we reserved us the right to make compensations just by writing you a gift certificate or deliver you another product in the appropriate worth.

In the following a description of the procedure of return:

• 1. As soon as you receive your order check it for any damage or faults in the material and furthermore have a look at the size and that the ordered products fits you.


• 2. In case there are damages, faults or the ordered size does not fit you, please inform as prompt about the present issue. info@sk8shop.ch


• 3. Than return the respective article back to us as described in the following:
  
  
  
  • a. Right in the condition the article has been delivered, therefore intact and best possible in its genuine packing
  
  
  • b. Sufficiently post-paid for return
  
  
  • c. Within 5 workdays since delivery.
  
  
  • d. Complete the letter of complaint
  
  


• 4. As soon as the return is arriving in our shop, we are inspecting the respective article. In case of defects of the material the inspection can take some days. After the inspection we will, if possible, again deliver you the article (exchange). If the article is out of stock we will send you a gift certificate equal to the respective value of the product.
  
  Important: take into consideration that any compensation is excluded in cases that faults have to be solely located in the sphere of your competence and that any third party fault can be negated.
